- Job Summary:
The Corporate Sales and Marketing Executive will provide vital support in executing corporate sales and marketing initiatives. In this role, the Sales and Marketing Executive will drive sales and marketing campaigns, assisting in the development and implementation of digital strategies that strengthen Stabex brand identity, engage target audiences, and enhance the customer journey. The role will play a key hands-on role in social media management, content creation, and event coordination, ensuring all activities deliver a strong return on investment and contribute to the Company’s commercial objectives.
- Key Roles and Responsibilities:
2.1. Identify and target new customers – homes, businesses, restaurants, factories, etc.
2.2. Promote LPG products and services to potential and existing clients.
2.3. Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
2.4. Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers in line with company policies.
2.5. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
2.6. Provide support to customers on product usage, safety, and delivery schedules.
2.7. Handle customer complaints or service issues efficiently and professionally.
2.8. Monitor competitor activities and LPG market trends.
2.9. Gather customer feedback to help improve products or services.
2.10. Identify opportunities for new products or services based on market demand.
2.11. Coordinate with the supply and delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of LPG cylinders or bulk gas.
2.12. Track orders and deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction and stock availability.
2.13.Educate customers on LPG safety procedures (e.g., handling, storage, emergency measures).
2.14. Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
2.15. Report any incidents or unsafe practices to the appropriate departments.
2.16. Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and service issues.
2.17. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, targets, and market feedback.
2.18. Stay updated on LPG products, features, safety guidelines, and industry changes.
2.19. Attend training sessions and workshops provided by the company.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
3.1. Growth in Social Media Engagement: Increase in followers, likes, shares, and overall engagement rate by [X]% quarterly.
3.2. Lead Generation Support: Number of qualified leads generated from digital campaigns and events.
3.3. Content Effectiveness: Traffic, downloads, and engagement metrics for created content (e.g., blog posts, newsletters).
3.4. Campaign ROI: Assist in reporting on the return on investment for key marketing campaigns.
3.5. Event Success: Measured by lead capture, attendee feedback, and achievement of event-specific goals.
3.6. Task Efficiency: Timely and accurate completion of assigned projects and administrative tasks.
- Minimum Qualifications and Work Experience
4.1. Academic: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
4.2. Professional Qualifications: Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, or Social Media Management are a strong advantage.
4.3. Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, sales support, or administrative role.
4.4. Proven sales experience, preferably in LPG of FMCG field
4.5. Proven hands-on experience managing social media platforms for a business or brand.
4.6. Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable.
4.7. Valid motorcycle driver’s license is added advantage
